We are guided by the principle of empowering our communities. Most small traders and entrepreneurs within the rural communities find themselves lacking the opportunities to sustain themselves and their dependents. We are geared to using the most effective and sustainable means of assisting those in need by providing an opportunity to help themselves.

Through our Community Economic Empowerment program, we provide financial services and support groups to improve the quality of life of low-income people or communities in a sustainable way. A global, just society in which

resources are shared sustainably and all people are empowered with the choices they need to create a life of dignity. We are a vehicle for meaningful sharing

Mission

Improving the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable groups in Tanzania. We do so in a manner that assists them to make efforts to improve their own conditions, ensuring that they have access to their entitlements, creating and providing appropriate opportunities within their communities.

Vision

Working alongside stakeholders and local Community Based Organisations our vision is one of empowering vulnerable groups in our communities in which the groups are able to live without discrimination, and in a healthy, safe, and caring environment, where they are equipped with the necessary skills to realize their aspirations and potential.
